Returns only in case of damaged/wrong product delivered.
Conditions are:
- We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit.
- We are not responsible for errors made in details submitted by the customer. Please confirm all the personalization details of your item before you place your order. The items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Mail us full unboxing video of product within 12 hours of delivery with your order ID at hello@shukriti.in. We would inspect it and resolve the issue.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
- We will make every effort to process replacements for damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 15 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
- Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
